Hotel Policies
Reservation and Cancellation policy:
We require a deposit of one night's stay at the time of reservation; or 50 % of multiple day requests.
The check-out time is 11:00am - Check-in is suggested for after 3:00pm.
In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded in full if we are notified 10 days prior to the intended arrival date. Within ten days of arrival, refunds will be made provided we are able to re-rent the room.
Pet Policy:
We accept well-behaved small pets with prior notice in advance. There is a $10 one time charge for accomodating pets. Please call with specific requests for your pet.
Children:
The National has designed our accomodations for adults and older children over 12. The ambience of the property may not be suitable for small children.
Smoking Policy:
There is no smoking in the rooms, the lobby or the public spaces above the first floor of the property.
