Restaurant Lila

The National Hotel features Restaurant Lila and the Rathskellar Pub, and hosts Bill and Tisha Downes. Bill is formerly the Executive Sous Chef at the four-diamond Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, New Jersey. Tisha has grown up in the restaurant business and her family continues to operate restaurants in nearby Trenton, New Jersey.

Born, educated and trained in New Jersey, Bill's food is simply delicious. He blends the best of local products with an authentic, regional American flair.
